ORDERING SPORTS TEAM & INDIVIDUAL PHOTOS

A SEPARATE ORDER FORM NEEDS TO BE PLACED FOR EACH ATHLETE

This photo program is set up to be a prepay program.

Photographer will take 3 photos of the same pose. 

We will then pick the best photo of the 3 and fill your photo order.

Orders are due to the photographer as pictures are being taken. Please do not order late. 

There are 3 options to order team photos!

1.) Click on the "Sports order form" link below to print and complete an order form for your athlete to give to the photographer on photo day.

2.)  Click on the online "Sports order form"  link below to place your online order. Be sure to print your receipt and have your ahtlete give it to the photographer on photo day. If the receipt can not be printed, please have your athlete notify the photographer that they have ordered their photos online to ensure an individual photo is taken.

3.) On photo day we will have photo order forms available to be handed out if needed. 

PLEASE  NOTE : If it is after photoday and your athlete had a individual or team photo taken you can still place an order photos.
